County Is to Retain Clinic
And Quarantine Station
Permanently.
The El Paso Automotive Trades
association will be assured of an ex
tensive exhibit during its automobile
show next month as it will be al
lowed to place the tractors and trucks
on the unpaved ground In the rear
of the court house. Permission was
granted by the county commission
ers at the regular session Tuesday
afternoon.
The automotive association agreed
to plow the ground and restore It to
a productive condition after the heavy
trucks are removed as the gromM
has already been loosened into eon
anion for eras. seed.
The commissioners voted to retain
the venereal clinic and the quarantine
station now in the county court
house after June 30 when the oub
lie health service will discontinue fi-
nancing it. The county will sustain
one half the expense with the city
sustaining tne other hair.
Hill Retain Clinic.
Dr. T. J. McCamant- county nhvsl-

vor or the clinic statins; that with
tbe establishment in El Paso of a
military brigade and with the pros
pect of a division soon it was es
sential that venereal disease be oblit-
erated. Re adduced that there is a
fund of $2000 which will be turned
over to the county as well as all
present equipment and that with the
appointment of a permanent assist-
ant physician and the reduction of
the present staff of nurses the clinic
can be operated at a reduction of t
per cent of the present expense.
A petition requesting that certain
land in tbe northwestern part of tbe
county be withdrawn from water Im-
provement district 1. and formed sep-
arately into district 3. was tabled
for a hearing at the meeting of May
27. The netltion was sismed bv
Charles B. Stevens John It. Wyatt
and others.

land near Austin Terrace for the
county cemetery was received by the
commissioners i no option was prof-
fered by William Moeller. Tbe coun-

At Electra we have 80 acres and
in Iowa Park we have 40 acres
in two tracts. At Electra we are
ncr DRILLING at more than
1000 feet. On the Texas property we have room
and should get TEN or TWELVE good wells"
we will begin paying dividends immediately
from the production of this property a small
per cent of the profits will be held back for fur-
ther development.
Pay for Stock from Divi-
dends. Here's the fairest proposition ever
made: Pay only 90 per cent of the
snbseriptioB price of your stock pap
the remainder when the first well is
brought ib or if you don't want to
do this we will issue stock for what
you have paid NOW LISTEN HERE

Here you should get QUICK ACTION on your
monev and at the same time be making an in- that left
vestment that will continue to
grow and earn big dividends in
the future. Not only do we pro-
pose to develop our present leases
but we will acquire additional

also to build our own refineries

ALL PRODUCTION.
And in all profits from our
