Registrant was early examined for military service and the serology
showed positive. Regularly over a period of months the test was re-
peated and regularly showed positive. When regulations were changed
so that registrants showing positive could be inducted, registrant
had become an employee of the SI Paso Natural Gas Company, which
company requested deferment. The Board declined and the company, re-
presented by Mr. 0. C. Cragin, Vice-President and General Manager,
requested a conference. The Board granted this request.
