The Sunday morning meeting of the Board was scheduled for 9:00 o’clock,
did not show up was finally located about 9:30, and the
meeting was held in the automobile of the Chairman. Evidently
had failed to remember the tiae set for the meeting when
day afternoon in my presence to be present.

the Board, but would postpone it until Sunday morning because of
condition, so the Chairman said. After a brief visit I retired. The two
