Babich acknowledges receipt of the letter from Carswell advising that it is being placed with the file so that it will have the Governor's consideration. Babich assures Carswell that the Governor will appreciate having his comments in this case.

This collection was assembled by Thomas Norwood Carswell (1887-1978) and contains correspondence throughout his life.
