Keith News
Keith, Texas, June 19 — The show-
ers of the past week have greatly
helped the late crops. Boll weevils
are busy in places.
) Surrell Cook has gone to Brazoria
county for a visit with his brother,
Ford Cook.
V. A. Bonham was a business visi-
tor to Huntsville Tuesday and Wed-
nesday.
Mr. and Mrs. Robert Trant and
family spent Sunday with Mr. and
Mrs.’ John L. Sandel of Shiro having
gone at this time to bring home Sue
Trant who has been visiting her grand
parents.
Mr. and Mrs. P. E. Smith had as
guests over the week end, Mrs. Della
Marie English and daughters, Mary
Louise and Patricia and Claude John-
son of Dallas and Mr. and Mrs. Ma-
son Smith of Plantersville.
Mr. and Mrs. Ewing Trant of Madi-
sonville spent the week end fibre with
