Fraser, president of the Woodmen
of the World, announced today.
{ The thirty thousandth medal
was recently presented at a meet-
ing of the Fort King Camp, No
14. at Oscala, Florida.
The Woodmen of the World will
be forty years old on June 6 of
this year.

the unknown heirs of W. 3. Bellamy. W.
C. Munn. and Andrew P. Benitx and the
unknown heirs of Andrew P. Benitx. and
the Gulf Coast Mining Company a corpor-
ation or Joint stock association are de-
fendapta, and said petition alleging that
on May 23rd. 1917, C. # Conley and
wife Alice Conley were the ownars in fee
simple of the following land and premises
to wit: 131 acres in J. F. Martin survey
abstract No. 313, 39 1-3 acres J. F. Mar-
tin survey abatrict No. 312, 80 acres in
W. H. Alsabrook survey abstract No. 74,
22 1-3 acres W. M. Johnson survey ab-
stract No. 282—1 acre H. B. Greenwood
survey abstract No. 228, all of said tracts
of land in Grimes County, Texas, and
that on May 23rd, 1917. they executed to
Navasota Mining Company an oil and min-
eral lease upon said land, that same was
without consideration and that said lesees
have failed to comply with their agree-
ment.
That on May 23rd, 1917, T. D. Cren-
shaw and wife Ethel Crenshaw were the
owners of 120 1-2 acres of land in J. F.
Martin survey abstract No. 812, in Grhnes
Countv, Texas, and that they executed an
cil and mineral lease to Navasota Mining
Company on said land, on said date, that
the terms of said agreement were not
complied with by lessees and there was no
consideration for same.
That each of said leases were transferr-
ed by Navasota Mining Company to H. H.
Clark, J. P. Clark, C. M. Oakley, W. 8.
Pellamy, W. C. Munn and Andrew P.
i Benicz, and by them transferred to Gulf
< oust Oil and Mining Company, a joint
atock association with its principal office
in the city of Dallas in Dallas County,
. Texas.

from Navasota Mining Company to H. IL

records of deeds of Grimes county, and
that ths transfer of same from H. H.
Clark et al to Gulf Coast OH and Mining
Cowpany is recorded in Volume 87, page
10, records of deeds of Grimes county,
Texas.
Plaintiff prays that the defendants be
cited by publication, to appear and answer
his suit, for judgment cancelling each of
said leases held by Navasota Mining Com-
pany. and removing all cloud trona the
title to said lands by reason of same, for
cost- of suit and for such other and
further relief in law and in equity M he
may be Justly entitled to.
Herein fail not, and have before said
' Court, at its aforesaid next regular term,
thia writ with your return thereon, show-
ing how you have executed the same.

said Court, at office in Anderson, Texas,
