Too much meat may form uric acid,
which excites and overworks the kid-
neys in their efforts to fitter it from
the system. Big meat eaters can flush
the kidneys occasionally to relieve
them like they relieve the bowels, re-
moving aM the acids, waste and poison
else they may feel a dull misery in
the kidney region, sharp pains in the
back or sick headache, dizxmess, the ;
stomach sours, tongue is coated, and
when the weather is bad they have
rheumatic twinges. The urine Is
cloudy, full of sediment; the chan-
nels often get irritated, obliging one I
to get up two or three times during
the night.
To help neutralise these irritating
acidea and flush off the body’s urinous
waste the about four ounces of Jad
Salta from any pharmacy; take a
tableepoonfiil in a glass of water be-
fore breakfast for a few days and
your kidneys may then act fine and
bladder disorders disappear. This
famous salts is made from the acid
of grapes and lemon juiee, combined
with lithia, and has been used for
generations to help clean and stimu-
late sluggish kidneys and stop blad-
der irritation. Jad Salta la inexpen-
sive, harmless and makes a delightful
effervescent lithia water drink which
millions of men and women take now
snd then to help prevent serious kid-
ney and bladder disorders.

ing camp in city park. A line of ma-
chine gun outposts haa been estab-
lished along the road 100 yards north
of the ball park. The entire outpost
line extending from the car track
west to the main road. A picket of
one squad waa stationed at the ball
park cross roads. All positions were

Headquarters Company 72nd infan-
try brigade acting as a battalion of
infantry in assault will attack the
above outlined position tonight The
attacking force will jump off from the
corner of East Avenue and George
Gregg street* at 7:45 sharp and will

The attacking infantry will be re-
inforced in the assault by a whippet
tank, carrying a one pound cannon,

tacking wave. Signal rockets and
flarea will be used in the early stages

“House-
cleaning
a thing of the 7 fl
past in wired homes "T
A wired home need never be cleaned in
the old-fashioned, back-breaking, soul-weary-
ing way—but it is always clean. The electric
vacuum cleaner has banished the dust- and
germ-scattering broom and the unsanitary
dust-cloth.
If Your House is Wired
you have a willing, inexpensive servant tn electricity. It will net only give you
"" _□ more than
your leisure time.
To live in an unwired home is to deprive yourself «f all benefits of th*
greatest advance in modem civilization.
