Has Wide-Spread Reputation
Ranking with such cities as
Houston, Dallas and San Anton-
io during the past two months
in the building industry has .
brought Lufkin to the attention
of thousands of people over the I
country as one of the most rap-1
idly growing cities of the
United States. Figures from the
various industrial and commer-
cial centers of the state indicate
that there is not a very wide
margin between this city and
larger cities in building, despite
the fact that the population of
the latter places is many times
that of Lufkin.

It is in the heart of every one to own and have a Home, and
there is no reason why you can’t own your home in Lufkin, for
we will sell you a lot in Woodland Heights, or North Lufkin, on
terms which will make it so easy for you to secure a home site that
you have no excuse for not owning a home. We have many de-
sirable lots in both additions, splendidly located and so reasonably
oriced as compared to other property in Lufkin that it will be to
rour interest to look them over before buying.

According to the traveling
public Lufkin is now experienc-
ing a more rapid growth and
development than any other
city in the south, taking into
consideration the size of the
cities in the entire territory.
This growth is not superfulous,
nor is it based upon ranshackle,
but substantial in effect. It is
indicitive of permanency and
8Fows plainly the faith pinned
in the future of the city and the
county by those who are now
investing thousands of dollars
in homes and enterprises. (

NOW, AS TO TERMS
We will almost leave this up to you. You can buy a lot at so much
per month, so much per quarter, so much semi-annually or so much
annually, or all cash if you prefer.
At the price these lots are being offered, you can rest assured
you will never be able to buy them for any less, but there is much
higher prices in prospect for the near future. Lots just a little
closer in are selling for two and three times more than these; the
consequence is lots in Woodland Heights and North Lufkin aie
bound to go much higher than present prices, so don t delay buy
[low even if you are not contemplating building for some time, oi
f you don’t expect to build at all, it will be a good investment for
/ou, for you can’t lose.
