any chamber, Premier Mussol-
ini last night won a vote of
confidence from the chamber
of deputies with a margin of
163 votes on his electoral re-
form bill. The bill changes the
system under which the pres-
ent chamber is chosen, abolish-
ing the plan of proportional
representation and giving the
party receiving the most votes
two-thirds or 365 seats in the
chamber.
