Dear Sandy: Herewith letter to you from Mummum in which she enclosed an additional gift of 100 shares of Sugarland Industries' stock. Please be sure to write her and Muggins lxmmediately. Shrub is back from his trip to California, where he served as Water's best man, and seemed to have had a very pleasant time. We are all busy here - mainly with troubles - and there is not too much now that is new to report to you. We went to Nonie's for the christening of Timothy Edward Thompson - a very gay affair. YQu might be amused to know that the godparents were Marlene N.than, Victxr Ling, and Peter, and Mr. Donovan, Assistant Rector of the Episco- pal Church, did the christening; so you can see the water front was pretty well covered. I do not know if anybody sent you the clipping or not but Phyllis Johnson was elected Queen of the University of Texas, which was Quite a tribute to her and to your good taste I We would like to hear from you at your convenience. All join Ii sending love. Affectionately,
