collected under Chapter 88, Acts of
the Second Called Session, Forty-
first Legislature, and Chapter 98,
Acts of the Regular Session, Forty-
second Legislature; providing the
manner of distribution; providing
that such moneys that are trans-
ferred to the counties shall be taken
into consideration in fixing the tax
rate of such counties; making an ap-
propriation of the sum of six million
dollars or so much thereof as may be
necessary out of the State Highway,
etc."

"An Act providing relief for the West
Columbia Independent School Dis-
trict, Brazoria County, Texas, in
order to aid said school district in
rebuilding its property and equip-
ment destroyed by the great hurri-
cane which swept over the district
on August 13, 1932; making an ap-
propriation to said district for said
purpose and declaring an emergen-
cy."
The bill was read second time and
passed to engrossment.
