Senator Neal called up from the
table H. B. No. 28, which was laid
on the table subject to call this
morning.
Senator Neal sent up the following
amendment:
Amend H. B. No. 28 by striking
out the words "General and" in line
2, Section 1, and also amend the
caption so that it will conform to
the body of the bill.
