Tim Duke field, in spite of the efforta of the big companies
to discredit it, is fast coming into its own Shares in the
Leon Valley Oil Company noli! for six for one in DeLeon yes-
terday and acreage in this field is increnaing in value by
leaps and bounds. There is not a dry hole in a radius of
three miles of the Duke and Knowles wells and there are at
least a half dozen wells on top of the sand and will be
brought in as soon as sufficient storage has been erected.
