M cup sugar
juice of a lemon
Whites of two eggS,
Dissolve 1 tablespoon granulated
gelatine in 1 cup cold water. Drain
the juice from 1 can Renown Royal
Anne Cherries, bring to the boiling
point and add to gelatine with V
cup sugar and the juice of 1 lemon.
When nearly act, beat to a froth
and add slowly to the stiffly beaten
whites of 2 eggs. Fill glasses with
alternate layers of gelatine and
halves of cherries, and top with 3
whole cherries.
