Drain fruit. Heat butter and sugar until melted. Add applesauce.
Place fruit in large casserole. Put sauce over fruit. Bake at 350° for 45
minutes. Mix pecans with brown sugar and sprinkle over top. Bake 15
minutes more. Serves 8-10.
Crust:
1%2 sticks melted oleo
3 cups graham cracker crumbs
Combine and press against sides and bottom of 13x9 inch pan.

2 cups powdered sugar
2 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons butter
Pinch salt
2%2 cups pecans
1 pound can sliced pears
1 can pineapple chunks
2 bananas
1 pound can purple plums
1 pound can applesauce
% cup maraschino cherries
% cup oleo
V2 cup pecans
% cup brown sugar

Chopped nuts
Sliced maraschino cherries
, Place soft oleo, sugar, eggs, vanilla in mixer bowl. Beat 20 minutes.
Spread on crust. Slice bananas lengthwise. Dip in lemon juice. Spread
on filling. Put pineapple on bananas, and top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle
with nuts and cherries. Chill several hours.

Use very large kettle, as mixture will foam.
Cook and stir, frequently scraping bottom, for 5 minutes, to 210° on
, candy thermometer. Stir a little more and add butter and pecans. Stir
, constantly for 5 minutes to 230°. Remove from heat. Let cool a minute
or 2. Beat until thick and creamy. Drop by tablespoons on wax paper.

% cup salad oil
3 whole chicken breasts, boned and cut into one inch cubes
3 cups broccoli flowerets
1 sweet red pepper, cut in one inch pieces
% pound sliced mushrooms
3 tablespoons thinly sliced scallions

A 2 pounds ground beef

2 eggs

M Combine all ingredients and form into small balls.

M 1 bottle chili sauce
M 6 ounce grape jelly
M Juice of one lemon
M Combine ingredients and place meat balls in mixture. Simmer for 45
Mg minutes on top of stove. If you like you may brown meat balls before
