Saturday Meet
In the meet last Saturday, Brandy
Hajovsky scored a pair of individual
victories. Competing in the 15-18 girls di-
vision, she won the 200 freestyle in
3:34.02 and the 50 butterfly in 46 01. In
addition, she was 4th in 50 freestyle at
36.84.
The only other Yoakum win Saturday

held last week at the Victoria
Country Club pool.
Not all of the Yoakum
swimmers participated in both
events, but the team is expected
to be near full strength when
the 3rd meet is held next

glewood pool. Monday's meet
will be the final tune-up prior
to the start of qualifications for
the state swim meet.

rosters, with 10 Eagle athletes
receiving honors for this ef-

Most Valuable Player.

JODI WEST, SENIOR EDUCATION Major at Texas TectaUgiver-
sity, has been selected 1994-95 Varsity Red Raider cheerleader.
Recently, Jodi attended the Collegiate NCA cheerleading camp at
the University of Kansas, where she was nominated All-American
Collegiate Cheerleader. A graduate of Yoakum High School, Jodi 4
is the daughter of Nancy and Scott West of Houston, and is the -
granddaughter of Jo and Jack Plume of Yoakum
