Frank J. Bezner, right, was presented a cer-
tificate from the Texas State ASCS office this
week for 14 years of public service as county
committeeman for the Agricultural Stabilization
& Conservation Service. Bezner, retiring
chairman, was presented the award by Billie C.
Hodges, who will succeed Bezner as county
chairman. Bezner will continue to work in the
program as chairman of a community com-
mittee in 1974.
