GLEN
SWANER
May 1 Democratic Primary
1. He is a full time Judge with no other
business interest.
2. He is a qualified Judge, having five years
experience and training as Justice of the
Peace.
3. He is an active member of the Justice of
the Peace Association of Texas, and takes
your best interests at heart, lobbying as ap-
propriate in Austin for legislative reforms to
protect and defend the rights of the honest
citizen.
4. He is a family man with Christian ethics.
He understands what you are up against in
today’s world. Your interests are his in-
terests.
5. His door is always open — to anyone. He
knows many people do not understand the
law, and he encourages the people to come
to him with their questions or problems.
6. He is understanding, fair and unbiased,
and he knows the law.
7. He is very concerned about Senior
Citizens and who they can turn to.
8. His office alone docketed over six thou-
sand civil and criminal cases last year.
9. He is determined to keep his court a pro-
gressive, productive branch of the county
judicial system.
10. If you also care about the Judicial
System in Collin County —

preview of things to
come when the Col-
lin County Farmers’
Market opens for
business Saturday.
Located west of
U.S. 75 on FM 2170
(McDermott) in
Allen, the market
will be open daily so
producers can sell

to area residents, ac-
cording to Manager
Robert Alderson.
The market, spon-
sored by Collin
County and a special
executive advisory
board, is designed to
be open from 6 a.m.
to 6 p.m. daily with
farmers expected to
rent space in 32
