I Regina Resnik, 31-year-old so-

I on the concert and drama series
I Monday night.
The confidence, the obvious en-
I Joyment she felt in singing made
I Miss Resnik an easy favorite with
I her audience of students and
I townspeople. Though herself scarce-
I ly older than a college senior, Miss
I Resniks voice showed a maturity
I and depth that bear ample witness
I to her years of study
I Miss Resnik opened her concert
I with Mendelssohn’s aria "‘Unglu-
I ecksel ge." Here the audience was
I given its first glimpse of the ra-
l ' pidity of her emotional changes,
■ for as the melody moved from the
I soft, mournful note of the begin-
I ning to its triumphant, exalted
I close. Miss Resnik's whole bearing
I changed with it.

wedding trip, Mrs Jenson was wear-
ing a brown gabardine suit with

ies. Her shoulder corsage was of
gardenias. After their trip Mr and
Mrs Jepson will reside here at 505
Congress.
The bride is a graduate of the
Central High School in Wartburg.

Jenson recently received his dis-
charge from the service after 20
months in the European area with
the 5th Armored Division of the
Ninth Army, serving in Germany.
