Grease a 1%-qt. ring mold.
Heat to boiling in a 6-qt. saucepot

Boil rapidly, uncovered, 10 to 15 min.
Test tenderness by pressing a piece
against side of pan with fork or spoon.
Drain in colander or large sieve; rinse
with hot water to remove loose starch.
Set aside
While the macaroni is cooking, grate
and set aside
4 oz. sharp Chedder cheese
(about 1 cup, prated)
Prepare and set aside
1 cup chopped green popper
* cup chopped onion
Add the macaroni, grated cheese,
green pepper, onion, and parsley. Mix
lightly until thoroughly blended.
Around bottom and sides of mold,
spoon, at intervals, contents of
2 2%-oz. cans deviled ham
Turn macaroni mixture into ring
mold. Bake in a boiling water bath.
For boiling water bath, set ring mold
into a deep pan. Place pan on oven
rack. Pour boiling water into pan up
to level of macaroni mixture in mold.
Bake at 350°F 50 to 60 min., or until
mixture is set
Shortly before macaroni ring is baked,
prepare the tomato sauce.
For Quick Twuato Soup Sonne (This
recipe makes about 2 cups sauce.)
Empty into a saucepan
1% cups (10%- to 11-az. can)
Stir soup well. Add gradually, stirring
constantly
pan. Spread Wheat Germ-Bread
Stuffing evenly over top of meat layer.
Lightly pack remaining meat-wheat
germ mixture evenly over stuffing.
Spread Tomato Topping evenly over
topofloaf.
Bake at 350‘F about 1 hr.
Drain off excess liquid. Carefully re-
move loaf to a warm platter. Garnish
with radish roses and sprigs of parsley.
Slice and serve.
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon Worcoeteoshiro

Simmer, uncovered, about 5 min., or
until sauce is heated thoroughly. Serve
the sauce piping hot with mold.
To unmold the ham and macaroni
ring, loosen by running tip of knife
around top edge of mold. Unmold
onto a warm serving platter. Garnish
platter with broiled peaches and sprigs
of parsley. Accompany with a fresh
Grease 93615%x2%-in. loaf pan and
set out a large, heavy skillet.
For Wheat Germ. Bread Stufing—
Toast and cut into cubes
6 slices bread (about 4 cups
broad cubes)
Set aside.
Prepare
1 cup quick meet bovillon (1
meet beuteon cube or %
teaspoon cencentreted
meat extract dissolved in
1 cup hot water)

Rinse, drain, and finely chop enough
celery stalks to yield
1 cup chopped eatery (2 large
stalks)
Set aside.
Melt over low heat in the skillet
% cup butter or margarine
Add the toasted bread cubes. Turn
occasionally until they are golden
brown and coated evenly on all sides
with butter. Remove skillet from heat
source. To bread cubes in skillet, add
one-half the bouillon (reserve remain-
ing bouillon for meat-wheat germ mix-
ture), the chopped celery, and
% cup wheat germ
