The Greenville committee in the
interest of the branch road of the
Sherman and Mt. Pleasant from
Commerce to Fort Worth via Green-,
ville, met Gapt. Hinckley, chief en-
gineer, at Commerce Friday, and
perfected arrangements for right-of
way through Hunt county. Turf was
broken yesterday morning and the
work of srading ia now going on
with an energy that certainly indi-
catea buaineas.
- The depot at Commerce is being
moved 200 feet noith to a more de
airable site—a heavy job, but« good
move for tbe mutual interest of the
company «nd the town.
