As another year for Junior Achievement drew to a close, it was
time for JA companies and individuals in those companies to
receive recognition. In above photo taken at the Future Unlimited
Banquet held in Houston on May 1, Randy Tickner, son of R. F.
Tickner, Refinery Technical, receives an Executive Award—the
highest award an Achiever can receive. The award is given to
Achievers who have been active in the organization at least two
years, and have an all-around outstanding record. Randy is a
member of Tri-Co, sponsored by Humble. He is a junior at Ster-
ling High School. Names of others in the photo are unknown.
Bottom photo shows Tri-Co members who were given special
Humble awards on April 29. From left are Barry Etienne, Randy
Tickner, Jack Bespcrka, Fuels Superintendent R. E. Payne who
