“If Judge Harkins had simp-

what had happened I would
have been happy to tell him,”
Ownby said.
Ownby said he discussed with
the three female employees the
possibility of filing a tort claim
against Stecki or a civil rights
violation.
“I didn’t discuss it with
Stecki. I talked with the three
young ladies,” Ownby said. He
said the ladies said they didn’t
want to file charges if Stecki
would resign.
“They’re saying I threatened
him with larger crimes. I did
not,” Ownby said.

Your Chiropractor knows that all systems
and bodily processes are controlled and coor-
dinated by the nervous system. The doctor’s
therapies are based on the theory that disease
is caused by interference with nerve function.
A pinched, irritated, or damaged nerve renders
your body less resistant to disease.
Since the nerve network exits from the spine
and passes between its 24 vertebrae, it is cer-
tainly a matter of logic that a misplaced
vertebra can pinch, irritate, or in some way
disturb the normal function of a nerve that
serves some part of the body.
Your Chiropractor uses spinal adjustment to
return vertebrae to their normal position and
thus restore the normal function of the nerve
system.

Class C Assault.”
“Well, I’ll tell you briefly that
it involves an allegation that a
female employee of the Plano
Sub Courthouse was forcibly
drawn into an office and she
was molested and during the
struggle she fell to the floor and
that Judge Stecki fell to the
floor with her and they grappl-
ed on the floor before she could
escape from him.”
Bangs said he reported the in-
cident immediately and that the
incident was alleged to have oc-
cured “sometime during
December.”
“She told me that after escap-
ing from him she told him if he
ever bothered her again she
would ruin him. She let things
go until he bothered her again
and then she reported it,”
Bangs said.
Bangs said that the employee
told him the second time she
was allegedly assaulted, Stecki
grabbed her bottom and made
lewd suggestions to her.
“The thing that needs to be
clarified here is that these are
allegations which were made by
the young lady, not Judge
Bangs,” Jackson said.
