whose residence is unknown, to be and
appear before the justice court, to- be
holden in and for the county of Tiavis,
Precinct No, 3, at Austin, on the sec-
ond Monday in January, 1907, at 10
a. in., filo number being 2498, then and
there to answer the petition of R. M.
Johnson, filed in said court on the
30th day of November A. D. 1906.
against the said W, W. Ingram, and
alleging in substance, as follows, to-
wit: That said defendant, W. W. In-
gram is Indebted to said plaintiff, it.
M. Johnson, in the sum of Thirty-five
(835.00) dollars, balance due on a cer-
tain promissory note of date October
15, 1906, besides interest and atpor-
ney's fees. Wherefore plaintiff prays
