With the expenditure of >1,000,000 Hyde Park could
not bo duplicated in this city. It would bankrupt the
city of Austin to make as many miles of ns perfect drives
as have been made in Hyde Park by the M., K. & T. Land
Co. There Is but one mile more of streets to build to
entirely develop Hyde Park. When that is completed
the entire cost of all the streets and the Speedway will,
be added to the present price of the unsld lots. That
will nearly double the, present prices. The time for the
most profitable Investment is now or in the near future.
