"As the result of a meeting of klan
representatives at San Antonio Tues-

tethe Austin klan.
' The resolution in addition to en-
dorsing Impelrial Wizard Evans his ad-

and expressing confidence in him and
his official acta, recommends changes
in the constitution of the klan to
eliminate all autocratic features and
methods of administration and sub-
stituting democratic and representa-

affairs of the klan.
The resolution urged Imperial Wiz-

Dr. Evans reiterated statements that
there is no disloyalty among Texas

from a kleagle now discharged.
"Dissension within the klan is Im-

promote such dissension will face 1m-
