With the release of MeElwee, there
was a wild tale being spread on the
streets last night and this morning
that Moran Henderson and Jack Hol-
loway would he traded to Waco for
Jack Shires, slugging first sacker of
the Redskins, who has been out of the
game for. the past three weeks with
a broken hand This tale, of course, |
is without foundation, for the loc al
manngement would be insane to fur- |
ther break up a winning combination,
and Henderson and Holloway have
been two of the main cogs in the sus-
tained winning streak of the Rangers.
