County, Texas, recorded February 17,
1891, in Book 91, pages 218 and 219
Records of Deeds; said land being
claimed by Julietta Webster, a widow.
That plaintiff has -cultivated, used
and enjoyed the lands hereinbefore de-
scribed for more than 10 years, during
which period he has had such lands
actually inclosed.
That all the defendants herein have
claimed or are claiming some right,
title, or interest in and to the above
described lands, which said claim is
adverse of the plaintiff herein and con-
stitutes a cloud on his title to said
lands.
Wherefore, premises considered,
plaintiff prays that defendants be cited
to appear and answer herein, and that
upon final hearing hereof, the cloud
cast upon the title to any and all lands
hereinbefore described by defendants
herein be forever removed, and that
plaintiff’s title in and to the aforesaid
lands be in all things quieted, and that
the plaintiff herein -be decreed to be the
legal owner and entitled to possession
of the aforesaid lands and for such
other and -futher relief, in law and in
equity, to which he may be justly en-
titled, as is more fully set forth in said
petition now on file in my office.
Herein fail not, but have you then
and there, before said Court, this writ,
with your return thereon, showing how
you have executed the same.
Issued this the 18th day of April,
A. D. 1939.
Witness: H. H. Treaccar, Clerk of
the District Court of Galveston Coun-
ty, Texas.
