answer the plaintiff’s petition at or ■

Monday after the expiration of 42 days
from the date of issuance of this Cita-
ton, the same being Monday the 22nd
day of January, A. D., 1945, at or be-
fore 10 o’clock a. m., before the Hon-
orable District Court of Galveston
County, at the Court House in Galves-
ton, Texas.
Said plaintiff’s petition was filed on
the. 9th day of December, 1944. The
file number of said suit being No.
64,631. The names of the parties in
said suit are: Luella Zurborg, as
plaintiff, and Joe A. Zurborg, Jr., as
defendant.
The nature of said suit being sub-
stantially as follows, to-wit: Plaintiff
is now and has been for more than one
year next preceding the filing of this
petition an actual bona fide inhabitant
of the State of Texas and has been
for more than six months next pre-
ceding the filing of this petition an
actual bona fide inhabitant of the
County of Galveston, Texas, That the
defendant is a transicent person.
Plaintiff and defendant were legally
married on November 21st, 1937, and
lived together as husband and wife
until October 25th, 1944, when on ac-
count of the conduct of the defendant
towards the plaintiff they separated f
and have not lived nor cohabited to-
gether since that date. That during
the existance of the marriage of the
parties hereto, there was born to them
one child, a boy, Joe A. Zurborg, 3rd,
now 6 years of age. That there is no
community property to be divided
between the parties to this suit.
Wherefore, plaintiff prays that the
defendant be cited to appear and
answer this petition and that upon
final hearing she be granted a divorce
forever dissolving the bonds of matri-
mony heretofore existing between her
and the defendant; that she be grant-
ed the permanent care, custody and
control of the minor child, Joe A.
Zurborg, 3rd; etc., as is more fully
set forth in said original petition now
on file in my office.
If this Citation is not served within
90 days after the date of its issuance,
it shall be returned unserved.

of the conduct of the defendant to-
wards the plaintiff they separated and
have not lived nor cohabited together
since that date.
That as issuance of this marriage
there were born to plaintiff and defen-
dant one child, Henreetta Irene Marx,
age eighteen months. Lives with
mother.
Wherefore, plaintiff prays that de-
fendant be cited to appear and answer
this suit and that on final hearing that
plaintiff have judgment dissolving the
marriage between plaintiff and defen-
dant, etc., as is more fully set forth in
said original petition now on file in
my office.

The STATE OF TEXAS to, Delbert
Lee Lett, Greeting:
You are commanded to appear and
answer the plaintiff’s petition at or
before 10 o’clock a. m. of the first
Monday after the expiration of 42 days
from the date of issuance of this Cita-
tion, the same being Monday the 5th
day of March, A. D. 1945, at or before
10 o’clock a. m., before the Honorable
District Court ofGalveston County, at
the Court House in Galveston, Texas.
Said plaintiff’s petition was filed on
the 15th day of December, 1944. The
file number of sard suit being No. 64,-
655. The names of the parties in said
suit are: Thelma Lett, as plaintiff,
and Delbert Lee Lett, as defendant.
The nature of said-suit being sub-
stantially as follows, to-wit: Plaintiff
is now and has been for more than one
year next preceding the filing of this
petition, an actual bona fide inhabi-
tant of the State of Texas and has
been for more than six months next
preceding the filing of this petition,
an actual bona fide inhabitant of the
County of Galveston, Texas. That the
residence of the defendant is to affiant
unknown.
That plaintiff and defendant were
duly and legally married on June 11th,
1937, and are now, in law, man and
wife, though they have ceased to live
and cohabit together as such since on
or about The year 1938. Plaintiff
would show to the court that in 1938
defendant herein, with the intention
of abandonment and of permanently
living separate and apart from his said
wife, left his said wife and the state
of abandonment has continued for
more than three years prior to the fil-
ing of this suit. That during the
existence of the marirage of the
parties hereto, there was no child or
children born to them. That there
is no community property to be di-
vided between the parties to this suit.
Wherefore, plaintiff prays that the
defendant be cited to appear and an-
swer this petition and that upon final
hearing she be granted a divorce for-
ever dissolving the bonds of matri-
mony heretofore existing between her
and the defendant, etc., as is more
fully set forth in said original peti-
tion now on file in my office.
If this Citation is not served within
90 days after the date of its issuance,
it shall be returned unserved.

Citation, the same being Monday the
29th day of January, A. D., 1945, at or
before 10 o’clock a. m., before the Hon-
orable District Court of Galveston
County, at the Court House in Galves-
ton, Texas.
Said plaintiff’s petition was filed on
the 12 days of December, 1944. The file
number of said suit being No. 64,638.
The names of the parties in said suit
are: Benjamin W. Powell as plaintiff,
and Pauline Marie Powell as defen-
dant.
The nature of said suit being sub-
stantially as follows, to-wit: That
plaintiff is now and has been an ac-
tual bona fide inhabitant of the State
of Texas for more than twelve months
and has resided in the County of Gal-
veston for more than six months next
preceding the filing of this petition.
The defendant is a non-resident of this
State.
Plaintiff and defendant were legally
married to each other on the 1st day
of July, 1944 and lived together as
husband and wife until August 26th,
1944, on which day, on account of the
conduct of the defendant towards the
plaintiff they separated, and have not
lived nor cohabited together since that
date.
There were no children born of this
marriage.
Wherefore, plaintiff prays that de-
fendant be cited to appear and answer
this petition and upon final hearing
he have judgment for divorce, etc., as
is more fully set forth in said original
petition now on file in my office.
If this Citation is not served within
90 days after the date of its issuance,
it shall be returned unserved.
