You are hereby commanded to ap-
pear before the Honorable Tenth Dis-
trict Court of Galveston County, at
the Court House thereof, in Galves-
ton, Texas, at or before 10 o’clock a. m.
of the first Monday next after expira-
tion of forty-two days from the date
of the issuance of this citation, same
being the 31st day of July, A. D.
1950, then and there to answer Plain-
tiff’s Petition filed in said Court, on
the 15th day of July, A. D. 1950, in this
cause, numbered 75,794 on the docket
of said court and styled Wm. Henry
Hemphill, Plaintiff, vs. Elizabeth
Hemphill, Defendant.
A brief statement of the nature of
this suit is as follows, to-wit:
A Suit for Divorce, as is more fully
shown by Plaintiff’s Petition on file
in this suit.
The officer executing this process
shall promptly execute the same ac-
cording to law, and make due return
as the law directs. If this citation is
not served within ninety days after
date of issuance, it shall be returned
unserved.
