to deal with and are cooperat-

The city council in session
Friday night at the city hall ac-
cepted the bid of the Bi Lateral
Hose Company to buy 500 feet
of Bi-Lateral fire hose at the
price of $1.84 a foot.
The fire chief was also au-
thorized by the city commis-
sioners to buy 12 raincoats for
the volunteer firemen. A re-
quest for permission to have
necessary repairs made op the
Ford fire truck and to have it
painted was granted.
The Chamber of Commerce
was granted permission to build
an office on the second floor of
the city hall.
The city is investigating the
possibilities of putting a new
roof on the city hall.
