DAVID CREWS FOR STATE REPRESENTATIVE DISTRICT
#18.
David Crewe, a member of the Texas House of Re-
presentatives for two terms, seeks his third term as State
Representative, District #18.
For his freshman term in office, Crews studied the
legislative process. He introduced a couple of bills, but
mainly learned.
During the second session, he authored or co-authored
14-15 bills, most notable of which were: “Texas 65” In-
surance Plan for Senior Citizens; Bill creating Committee
on Higher Education; the amendment to require cities to
serve newly annexed areas;
