After pleading guilty before'
Denton County Judge W. K. Bald-
ridge, two men were given jail
sentences on separate charges of
theft under $30.
R. K. Crismond, arrested Dec.
8 in a shoplifting episode at Brooks
Drug Store, was sentenced to 80
days in county jail and assessed
court costs
Jimmie Marshall, a Denton Ne-
gro arrested last week .for steal-
ing pecans at the Apple House
and trying to sell them at the same
store, was sentenced to 10 days
in county jail. He was also fined.
