Jamison protested that a vote
was called for on the proposals
Thursday before committee mem-
bers had time to read the 35-page
report. He said that his motion
to postpone action until members
could study the items was ruled
out of order.
Jamison and four other mem-
bers of the committee then voted
against the proposal. Only about
half of the advisory committee
were present, he pointed out.
