leadership and citizenship training
given by Boy Scout troops through-
out the region were placed before
the Frisco Lions club by the Rev.
H. C. Hoy of McKipney,

North Texas counties, the Rev. Mr.
Hoy said "‘Boy Scouts, by far, an

Weldon Carbell said the commun-
