of the American Public Health asso-
ciation were brought to a close today.
Havana, Cuba, was decided on as the •
next place of meeting. The resolution
introduced yesterday urging congress I
to re-establish the army canteen in the
interest of the health of the men was
passed, as was also a resolution rec-
ommending that medical colleges make
provision for the clinical instruction *
of the students in the diagnosis of all
infectious diseases which are common
in the United States.
Officers were elected as follows:
