Clarenco Eddy Will Give Two Recitals
at First Presbyterian Church.
Clarence Eddy, known as America’s
greatest pipe organist, will give two
pipe organ recitals in Austin next
Thursday and Friday nights, May 12
and 13, commencing at 8:15 o’clock.
The recitals will be at the First Pres-
byterian church, at which place there
is one of the finest pipe organs in the
country.
.This, will be an important event to
all lovers of classical music and it is
expected there will be a large audience
present. There will be no admission
charged, but collections will be taken

comptroller’s office and a grandson
of Judge Edwin Waller, who was one
of the signers of the Texas declara-
tion of independence and first mayor
of Austin, has received a document
showing the esteem in which his
