The Chambersville 4-H Club has
held another meeting. We decided
on many things. We haven’t had the
field trip yet, but hope to have it
soon. We are going to make a pres-
ent for the lunchroom the next
meeting. We will tell you what it
is after Christmas. The 4-H song
leader has moved away, so we
elected James Calvin Gainey for
song leader. He is now reporter and
song leader. He has had a birthday
the 21st of this month, also.

Don’t depend on horseshoes and four-leafed
clovers. Make your own good fortune. Steady
saving does it! First, decide how much you can
afford to save . . . then keep on saving. Even a
small amount, deposited systematically every
payday, soon adds up to a comfortable sum.
Then, see how lucky you are! Interest, compound-
ed regularly, makes savings grow even larger.
Open an account soon.

Give Mother an Electric Range this Christmas
... it’s the gift she’ll enjoy day in and day out.

enjoy more free time ... her electric range will
cook automatically. She’ll enjoy a cleaner,
cooler kitchen, clean pots and pans. These are
only a few of the things Mother will love
with an Electric Range in her kitchen. And ...
