solicit the support of all voters,
because you will find upon investi-
gation that I am the best qualified
for this position and therefore de-
serve your support.
I think you will agree with me
that a county which disburses in
excess of $200,000.00 yearly is big
business and needs an experienced
attorney at the beck and call of its
officers and citizens at all times.
I will try to see each of you be-
fore the primaries, and I thank
you for past favors and earnestly
solicit your vote and influence.

though some rated only third divi-

well worth the additional time and

comment on the band’s fine work.

leakage that might show up be-
tween the tank and the meter, but
property owners will have to take
care of any leaks from the meter
to the house and in the fixtures
themselves.
Engineer Advises Residents
Mr. H. H. Kidder, local engineer
for PWA, advises that small leaks
in the home will'consume consider-
able water ever a period of time.
He states that dripping sinks will
waste more than a thousand gallons
a month if they are not repaired.
According to Kidder, the greatest
waste is usually found in commodes
where they are not handled proper-
ly. Here a waste of water between
1000 and 3000 gallons a month can
easily be made.
Local residents are urged to watch
their water consumption as closely
as possible. All new meters will be
installed, and, if there is any leak-
age, it will show' on the meter by
extra consumption of water. Mr.
Kidder states that a water meter
never runs fast, but as they get
older there is a slight tendency to
go a little slower, possibly from 2
to 4 per cent over a period of ten
years.
