regulated the prices charged and sup-

Waters-Plerce Oil company is permit-
ted to do business In Texas, and with

its insistence and .demand all other
companies under said control are ex-
cluded from Texas in the nale of pe-
troleum and its products to the trade.
That by reason of said control said
companies. Including defendants, are
required (and defendants acquiesce in
and agree to the arrangement), to se-
cure all the oil used and sold by them
nom such renerles, and at such -
prices as are determhined by that or-
ganization and said persons, whereby
n monopoly in the drilling of oil is ac-
complished, and whereby the price is
affected and increased; that by said
control a number of corporations, in-
cluding each of the I defendants, are
brought under one management, and
said consolidation and amilation is
made for the purpose of and has the
erTect of monopolizing, controlling and
errecting the business in oil and ths
products of petroleum in Texas and
effecting the prices In said state of
said products.

corporated as the Standard oil com-
pany of Ohio, and which subsequently
became merged in the Standara Oil
trust aforesatd, and the Standard Oil
