"The greatest mistake of my life
Was when I failed to Buy Houston real
estate many years ago when I was
here, said Charles B. Baker; who was
in Houston yesterday, -i had a chance
to get some good propositions, but I did
• not know then there .would ever be
much doing here, for Houston was not
very large then and Main street was a
mighty short affair .compared to what
it is now. But I see that there Is
plenty doing here now. If I had bought
504101 of the cheap land then and kept
it till now I would not be working for
anybody,'’—Houston Post. .
Houston real estate is a good buy
today. Don’t let that fact escape you.'
It is a better buy now than, when Mr.
Baker had his chance - for the advance
will be more rapid. Magmalla Park lot,
have already increasedin value 20 per
cent. Of course their location is their
strong point. But the terms on which
they can be bought place them within
the reach of every man who has a de-
sire to make a start on the road to for-
tune. Small amount in cash, then a
similar amount each month, puts you
in possession of a lot in Magnolia
Park. Ruy today. Don’t have to say
some day. "I had a chance, but missed
