they have pursued the policy of not
specifically mentioning some other ad-
dition to the city; but under the ad-
vertising Pollay pursued other addi-
tions are just as likely to reftp the
benefit for the advantages of Houston,
its prospects and capabilities haVe
formed a constant theme. And that
such a policy pays is well eyidencer
by the cordial manner in which the
efforts of the company have been re-
celvea not only by Houstonians, but by
hundreds of people who do not live in
