Knapp Memorial Hospital
Weslaco following major sur-
gery.

guez, delegates to Boys State.
Girls State Citizens were Susie
Maloy, Eliza Padilla and Judy
Rousseau. Theresa Bell, an-

State chairman and Mrs. C. O.

Mrs. Donald Nattinger, the
former Miss Tommie Adams of
Elsa, has been selected as one
of a select number of
elementary teachers to be
awarded as one of America’s
Outstanding Elementary Tea-
chers for 1974.
This recognition was made
by the Board of Advisors of
Outstanding Elementary Tea-
chers of America, is based on
civic and professional achieve-
ments of the recipient.
Mrs. Nattinger is the
daughter of Tom Adams of
Elsa. She is an Edcouch-Elsa
high school graduate and a
graduate of Pan American
University. She has taught
fourth grade in the Kennedy
Elementary School of Elsa for
the past several years.
