Funeral services for
Thomas Henry Reynolds,
Jr., 68, of Grandview,
were held Thursday, July
12, 1990 at First Presby-
terian Church in Itasca.
Burial was in Grandview
Cemetery. Rev. Sam
Rice officiated.
Mr. Reynolds died
Tuesday at Grandview
Nursing Home. He was
born January 1, 1922
in Dallas. She was the
son of Thomas Henry
Reynolds, Sr. and Maude
Russell. He married
Margaret McDonald Sep-
tember 8, 1944 in Laguna
Beach, California. He
attended First Presbyterian
Church of Itasca. He

The Cleburne Chamber
of Commerce, in conjunc-
tion with the Fort Worth
Star Telegram and WBAP
Radio, is sponsoring the
first annual Cleburne
On The Rise Hot Air Bal-
loon Festival on Friday,
Saturday, and Sunday,
August 3, 4 & 5, 1990,
at the Cleburne Municipal
Airport. The Airport
is located one mile north
of U.S. Highway 67 on
the west side of Cleburne.
The grounds will open
at 2:00 p.m. on Friday
for the convenience of
the Arts and Crafts ven-
dors, commercial vendors,
and the Johnson County
non-profit organizations
who will be operating
food and beverage booths.
Anyone interested in
selling arts and crafts
or having a commercial
booth should contact
the Cleburne Chamber
of Commerce (817) 645-
2455, or write to P.O.
Box 701, Cleburne, Texas
76033-0701. The arts
and crafts booths will
be inside a large aircraft
hangar and the commercial
booths will be under tents.
Deadline for entries is
Wednesday, July 25, 1990.
A variety of activities
will take place throughout
the weekend. The City
of Cleburne will dedicate
the new airport terminal
building at 3:00 p.m.,
on Friday and an Open
House will be conducted
from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m.
The balloons will assemble
and inflate on the Airport
grounds beginning at 6:30
p.m. on Friday. The public
will have an opportunity
to walk around the balloons
as they are being inflated
and talk to the pilots
and crews. The balloons
will participate in competi-
tion until about 8:30 p.m.,
making as many as three
passes over the targets
at the Airport during-
that time. The balloons
will begin competition"
at about 6:45 a.m. oh
Saturday morning. They
will inflate and launch
at least three miles from
the Airport and fly into
targets on the grounds.
