solution. From there, I had the freedom
to make my own recommendations.
Now, I’m looking forward to seeing my
recommendations approved.

forwarded the information for develop-
ment and design."
As a compliment to work activities, a
number of social events were held with
the group during the summer. Taking
advantage of opportunities in the area,
they participated in activities including
attending Astros games, Waterworld, a
barbecue, an ice cream party, an affiliate
career fair, plant tours, "Let’s Talk" ses-
sions with Management, a management
mixer and "Day in the Life of a Basic
Equipment Owner" orientation.
