Currently there is a debate in
this country concerning a wall
(barrier) on our southern border.
I have seen a barrier function
as intended. When I was in the
service in Korea, there was an
encampment of Turks nearby.
Their encampment was encircled
by a rickety barbed wire fence.
No one was allowed to enter
their encampment without spe-
cific permission. Any one foolish
enough to enter uninvited, was
summarily beheaded and their
