With the new gas Cook ‘n‘ Keep oven con-
trol you can go shopping and still be a guest
at your own party without a last minute
rush. Just set the time and temperature
oven controls as your recipe requires. Din-
ner will cook automatically to perfection.
When it’s done the way you want it, Cook
‘n” Keep oven turns itself down to exactly
the right temperature for serving. An hour
later — or two, three or four — food’s still
moist,, tender and serving hot! No over-
cooking. No drying out. Because of this new
automatic oven control and the many other
gas cooking conyeniences, you’ll want to
trade in your old range. Now’s the time —
the new ones are on sale at Gas Appliance
home which was constructed
from a barn. The group chose
Look 'Out Mountain for the
scene of their cookout.

I DON’T WAIT
Mexican Politicol Aas’n.) and the Teamsters Union
have made other plans for you.
They have hatched a poll tax repeal amendment
which will be No. 1, on the ballot November 9th. They
brag that they will march an additional million new Neg-
ro end Mexican voters to the polls at 25 cents a head,
end thereby control all future Texas elections.
Under their proposition you will be required to begin
peying again, and worse still, you will have to journey
to your county seat, on a certain day, rain or shine, sick
or well and pay 25 cants and register or you will simply
lose your right to vote.
Don’t let this unholy alliance put you on the shelf.
Ga to the polls Saturday, Nov. 9th, take a friend and
vote NO on Amendment 1. You do this by scratching out
the word FOR and leave the word AGAINST nice and
claan.
