Hill College Cleburne
Center has now established
a continuing local testing
program. The test given
is the ASSET test which
measures the student's
English, reading and
math skills. Evaluation
of student's ASSET scores
will be used by academic
advisors to determine
if the student needs
college level preparatory
courses. The ASSET
test will be given at
Hill. . College Cleburne
Center every Thursday
at 1:00 p.m. or 6:30 «
p.m. Students interested
in attending Hill College
who have not reported
SAT or ACT scores to
the college need to call
641-9887 to be scheduled
for the ASSET test.
There is no charge to
the student for the testing.
The ASSET test will
be given during regular
registration periods.
However, if students
wish to a reduce their
time in the registration
process, it is strongly
recommended that the
student take the ASSET
test prior to registration.
It should be stressed
that the ASSET test
is academic advising
and is ndt required for
admission to Hill College.
