The big Sahualla store was crowd-
ed all day with customers flocking
to the big reduced sale which was in
augurated by that store today. These
enterprising merchants deserve cred-
it for giving Brownsville shoppers a
real bargain sale and it must be said
that many of the goods offered are
actually cheaper than the same can
be bought at bargain sales in some of
the larger cities. The sale will last
throughout the week.

''Large crowds were out as usual at
the electric theaters last night and
Saturday night. At the Dittmann
Electric there was a fine representa-
tion of the thrilling experience of a
party of pioneers with the Indians
while at the Celford the Mystery of
the Diamond Necklace was equally
as entertaining. "A Difficult Posi-
tion" at the latter place was one of
the most laughable- farces that has
been seen while at the Dittmann
"Collecting Post-cards" was quite as
entertaining.
