certificates as Plants Manager Gordon L. Famed an-
nouned the awards, is shown presenting one of the
certificates of merit to his brother, Ray I Spear (left)
foreman or the nre protection and maintenance depart-
ment, covering a nineteen year record.
8. Dal Grigg enjoying one of the cigars passed out at the
door proudly exhibits two certificates of merit which he
reccived in behalf of his departmental associates at RuK
SB 10 butadiene rubber plant.
9. Plants Nannger Gordon Famed presents an American
Petroleum Institute certificate to Foreman Francis it.
Broun (right), of the garage department. The eighty or
more employees in that department have amassed nearly
a million and a half hours without a disabling injury,
and have maintained a perfect record since September,
